The Queer Sphere Expo Extravaganza features exciting entertainers, one of the hottest DJs, a full dance floor, and great food and drinks. This is going to be a truly exceptional party! The music will be ON & the Cash Bar will be OPEN until midnight.

Headline Entertainer: Honey Davenport

With over a decade of experience in the entertainment business, James Heath-Clark, AKA Honey Davenport, has left an indelible mark on the nightlife scene of New York City and beyond. Honey has toured the world as a singer, dancer, actor, club DJ and drag queen extraordinaire.

Hailing from West Philadelphia, Honey holds 18 pageant crowns, 5 Glam Awards, and zero tolerance for discrimination against the oppressed. Theatre credits include Off-Broadways The Orion Experience, starring roles in The Electric Highway and Trinkets as well as the Broadway national tour of Hairspray. This year, Honey has also released her full length Visual EP Raw and Unfiltered (singles and music videos now available on iTunes) and the first season of her talk show Da Fuq on YouTube.

Jesse Reynolds

Jesse Reynolds is a Canadian actor, host and stand-up comedian who is best known for hosting JUMP! Mornings with Jesse and Jenna from 2015-2018 and then launching Jesse & Jenna’s Messy Podcast which debuted at #1 on the Apple Canada Podcasting chart and remains active today. He also serves as an adjudicator for the Canadian Broadcast Standards Council. Jesse is a professionally trained actor via Humber College and most recently starred in the Toto Too Theatre’s revival of The Boys in the Band. Jesse is also a stand-up comedian who performs regularly with Yuk Yuk’s, the legendary international comedy chain. Known for his biting wit and high-octane delivery, FACES Magazine named Jesse ‘Ottawa’s Favourite Comedian’ in January 2019 and 2020. In June 2019, Jesse co-founded the inaugural ‘Queer Sphere Expo’, an annual consumer show highlighting the best in LGBTQ-friendly businesses. When he is not on-stage, film or behind a microphone, Jesse works as a social media influencer for local businesses and represents Saunders haunted farm as “the face of FrightFest”. He also enjoys swimming, wine, going to the movies and spending time with his two Chihuahuas!

Detoxx Bústi-ae

Detoxx Bústi-ae is a native of Jamaica who currently resides in Brooklyn, NY, and is one of the few Jamaican Drag Entertainers currently living in the melting pot of the world. Detoxx goes by the pronouns of she/her when in drag and he/him when out of drag. She has been a drag entertainer for 10+ years and hopes to bring her unique style of being an NYC Drag Queen -with a Jamaican twist- across the world. When not in drag, Steven (Rose) works for the Candy Queen, Dylan Lauren at Dylan’s Candy Bar.

In 2017, Detoxx Bústi-ae won the Queens Pride Drag Race Queenie Award. She was recognized for marching with the Caribbean Equality Project’s “Prideful Mosaic: LGBTQ People of the Caribbean” contingent in the 25th Anniversary of the Queens Pride Parade, showcasing a fabulous carnival costume made by EnJ Productions.

Elle Faekwa?

Elle Faekwa? is a drag powerhouse who has been taking the scene by storm since their debut. Combining killer outfits, sickening lip syncs and creative theatrics, Elle is a rising star in the Ottawa drag scene- earning the title of Mx. Capital Pride, we could not be more excited to have them in our cast!

Cyril Cinder

Your Mr. Capital Pride 2019 and star of Drag Heals Season 2, Cyril Cinder is a drag king extraordinaire. He’s known for his high energy performances and electrifying looks. Cyril graces stages around the world but is proud to call Ottawa home. He’s also the co-director of Air Guitar Canada, which runs competitions across the country and raises funds for charitable causes nationally.

Kimmy

It’s Kimmy! “You know the drill”. A former Miss Capital Pride – she is coming at you : a dancing diva extraordinaire! Passionate about trans and POC issues, Kimmy is a well known activist in the nation’s capital. Full of tricks and charisma, she is sure to blow you away!

Adrianna Exposée

Your local headliner is a fireball of creative energy and passion. Crowned Miss Capital Pride 2019-2020, she is the name on everyone’s lips in Ottawa. This Queer Sphere, she brings epic performances and represents the nation at its best. Fiercely true, North, strong and free, let’s get into this queen!
