Parking, Security and Soliciting

Parking at the Shaw Centre

Two indoor parking garages, operated by Citipark, provide 1500 spaces beneath the Shaw Centre and the Rideau Centre. Hourly rates for parking are as follows:

• $1.50 per half hour
• 12 hour pass $18.00
• 24 hour pass $24.00

Security

The Shaw Centre’s inhouse security provides 24 hour, 7 day a week security for the building. The exhibit hall will be secured and locked every night on closing of the show.

For security of your goods it is recommended that you remain in your booth for approximately 10 minutes after closing to allow the hall to clear. You must vacate your booth within 30 minutes of show closing

Soliciting

Soliciting of business and distribution of samples, souvenirs, and literature must be confined to your booth space.

It is not permitted in the aisles, at any building entrance/exit, or anywhere on the grounds of the event, including the parking area without show management authorization
